Moet ik beginnen met de kennismakingssessie?
De kennismakingssessie is optioneel maar wel aanbevolen. Het geeft u een goed beeld van de aanpak zonder grote investering. U kunt ook direct kiezen voor de volledige intake.
Hoeveel afspraken heb ik gemiddeld nodig?
Dit is zeer persoonsafhankelijk. Tijdens de intake bespreken we samen een passend behandelplan.
Wat is het verschil tussen de scans?
Elke scan belicht andere aspecten van uw gezondheid. Samen geven ze een compleet beeld van zowel functionele als energetische aspecten. Benodigd aantal behandelingen neurofeedback: Bij lichte problematiek volstaan gemiddeld 20 behandelingen. Bij ADHD zijn er gemiddeld 25 behandelingen nodig. Voor een optimaal resultaat kan het soms nodig zijn om maximaal 40 behandelingen in te zetten. Dit hangt af van ieders individuele neurofysiologie. Sommige mensen komen elk jaar terug voor een “boost” van 2 tot 5 behandelingen.
